Rates and Insurance
Rates:
15 minute consultation: Free
50 minute individual sessions: $180
**I offer both in person and HIPAA compliant Telehealth sessions**
Payment and Insurance:
I accept cash, check and all major credit cards for payment.
I do not accept insurance at this time and I would be more than happy to provide you a superbill that you can submit to your insurance for session reimbursement. If you would like a superbill, please contact your insurance provider and ask if they reimburse for out-of-network mental health benefits. You will want to check if your plan has a deductible and if so, how much has been met, as well as if there is an appeals process to denied claims.
Cancelation policy:
If you are unable to attend your session, please contact me within 24 hours to cancel. Otherwise, you will be charged the full session fee. It will be considered a no-show if you do not arrive within 15 minutes of your session start time.
Good faith estimate:
You have the right to receive a “Good Faith Estimate” explaining how much your medical care will cost
Under the law, health care providers need to give patients who don’t have insurance or who are not using insurance an estimate of the bill for medical items and services.
• You have the right to receive a Good Faith Estimate for the total
expected cost of any non-emergency items or services. This includes
related costs like medical tests, prescription drugs, equipment, and
hospital fees.
• Make sure your health care provider gives you a Good Faith Estimate
in writing at least 1 business day before your medical service or item.
You can also ask your health care provider, and any other provider you
choose, for a Good Faith Estimate before you schedule an item or
service.
• If you receive a bill that is at least $400 more than your Good Faith
Estimate, you can dispute the bill.
• Make sure to save a copy or picture of your Good Faith Estimate.
